Women Leaders currently serves more than 6,000 members representing 600+ institutions, sports teams, and sports businesses nationwide.
Women Leaders is currently looking for a highly organized, team-oriented, and fast-paced Operations Assistant to join its energetic and high-performing team. This is a part-time position reporting to the Deputy Director of Business Operations and Technology Innovation located in our Kansas City office in the lively Crossroads District (this requires all working hours in the office).

General Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the office, inclusive of communicating with service providers, managing vendor ordering and office supplies, responding to general inquiries, internal meeting coordination, mailing/shipping, general business operations procedures and organization, etc.
Manage supply inventory for all office supplies, gear, and other products on-site.
Provide team support within the office; responsibilities include scheduling staff meetings, maintaining and updating files, processing and organizing documents and forms, and assisting with planning and logistics for office programs and events.
Assist with drafting internal and external written correspondence and resources, as well as other documents for the team.
Provide general administrative support to the CEO, as needed daily.
Work with the supervisor to coordinate team-building events, activities for the staff, wellness initiatives, and annual staff planning meetings.
Provide superior customer service and greet visitors.
Special projects and other duties assigned, as needed.
Consistently demonstrate the Women Leader brand.

Requirements
One to two years administrative and/or operations experience in a fast-paced work environment
Project coordination experience preferred
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms
Highly proficient with computers and general technology support to assist employees with general administrative needs include Zoom, Outlook, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly comfortable interacting and coordinate people such as service providers and vendors.
Must be highly communicative in all forms.
Compensation: This position pays $15.00/hour, and hours will range from 15-30 per week, depending on the time of year. Individual will have the opportunity to work at the Women Leaders in Sports National Convention October 12-14 in Kansas City with hotel and stipend provided for working hours.
