General Summary
Supports operational functions and membership services for the University’s athletic fundraising program. Assists with member engagement, service coordination, and administrative processes to enhance donor experience and program effectiveness.
Major Duties
Engages with athletic fundraising program members by providing responsive and courteous assistance, serving as a reliable point of contact to support a positive donor experience.
Supports donor communications by contributing to the development and delivery of messaging and engagement touchpoints for athletic fundraising program members.
Assists with the development of promotional materials to clearly and professionally communicate the value and benefits of membership.
Facilitates logistics for premium seating to support donor engagement and event coordination.
Assists with data and content requests.
Coordinates benefit fulfillment for athletic fundraising program members to support effective donor stewardship.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
One year’s relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or related field.
Demonstrated professionalism.
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work as a team member in a complex organization.
Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
