General Summary

  • Supports operational functions and membership services for the University’s athletic fundraising program. Assists with member engagement, service coordination, and administrative processes to enhance donor experience and program effectiveness.

Major Duties

  • Engages with athletic fundraising program members by providing responsive and courteous assistance, serving as a reliable point of contact to support a positive donor experience.

  • Supports donor communications by contributing to the development and delivery of messaging and engagement touchpoints for athletic fundraising program members.

  • Assists with the development of promotional materials to clearly and professionally communicate the value and benefits of membership.

  • Facilitates logistics for premium seating to support donor engagement and event coordination.

  • Assists with data and content requests.

  • Coordinates benefit fulfillment for athletic fundraising program members to support effective donor stewardship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.

  • One year’s relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or related field.

  • Demonstrated professionalism.

  • Strong self-motivation.

  • Ability to work as a team member in a complex organization.

  • Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
