Coordinator of Administrative and Business Operations

This position is a versatile role that supports both the administrative and financial operations of the athletics department. This position provides executive level administrative assistance to the Athletics Director and Deputy Athletics Director while also supporting the Chief Financial Officer with essential business office functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing a variety of tasks across multiple areas.

Administrative Support

  • Serve as the primary administrative coordinator for the Athletics Director and Deputy Athletics

  • Director.

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and reimbursements for the Athletics Director and

  • Deputy Athletics Director.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating department events, meetings, and initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between the athletics administration and other university departments, staff, and external stakeholders.

Business Office Support

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing daily business operations.

  • Input and track purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

  • procedures.

  • Run and analyze various financial and operational reports as requested.

  • Assist with maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, budgets, and operational data.

  • Support the CFO with special projects and tasks related to the athletics department’s financial management.
