Associate Director of Development, Major Gifts

The Associate Director of Development, Major Gifts, is responsible for securing major gift ($100,000+) philanthropic support to advance Texas Christian University’s Athletic priorities. This position manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and employs a strategic, relationship-centered approach to donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. With Athletics being one of the four core pillars of Texas Christian University's Strategic Plan, Lead On: Values in Action®, the Associate Director serves as a key ambassador for the University, effectively communicating the University’s strategic plan and athletic department priorities, and aligning donor passions with impactful opportunities for support. In addition to managing the assigned portfolio, this role is expected to prioritize new donor acquisition to grow TCU Athletics' major gift donor base.
