Juniata College, a top-ranked NCAA Division III liberal arts institution, is hiring a full-time, 12-month Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach (Intern Level). You'll work closely with the Head Coach to support all areas of the program: recruiting, athlete development, practice planning, academic mentoring, travel coordination, and game-day operations. You'll also get involved in skill development, in-game strategy, and campus-wide activities—building a strong foundation for a future in college athletics.

We’re looking for a passionate leader with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), knowledge of NCAA Division III rules, and ideally 2–3 years of collegiate coaching or playing experience. Recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.
